About Sindi-Marie de Beer
Discover the passion and expertise behind NutritionWorxSA.

My Story
My journey into dietetics started young, thanks to my mom, a dietitian who planted the seed of nutritional curiosity in me early on. After graduating from the University of the Free State, I dove headfirst into the world of healthcare, gaining invaluable experience in diverse settings, from busy public hospitals to remote rural clinics.
A cornerstone of my professional growth has been my specialized training with the CDE Diabetes Care Foundation, which honed my expertise in diabetes management through nutrition. These experiences shaped my understanding that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. In 2021, I founded NutritionWorxSA to bring a personalized, evidence-based approach to my community, helping clients build sustainable health habits.
My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health through personalized, science-backed nutrition guidance. I'm here to cut through the noise of "quick-fix" diets and provide accessible, compassionate, and effective care that helps you build a balanced and joyful relationship with food.
